RESERVATION POLICY

In order to reserve your spot, we require a non-refundable $60.00 deposit. The deposit can be paid over the phone by credit card or in person during business hours.

We will contact you 3 days prior to your event in order to confirm the details of your party.

CANCELLATIONS

We request that any cancellations be advised as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, however within 7 days of the scheduled party will have the opportunity to reschedule their party without forfeiting their deposit.

TIMING

→ The time slot you reserve is for inside the party room.

→ We ask that you invite your guests to arrive one hour before your room time. 

→ After the party room, hosts may stay as long as they would like

ROOM SET UP

Your room will be completely set up, the food will be brought to the room and afterwards, the room will be cleaned completely, including bringing the gifts to the front reception in order to avoid having to keep them with you while the children play after the party.

WAIVERS

Hosting parents acknowledge that they are responsible for the supervision of the children invited to the party. 

Parents of the invited child must complete a waiver when they drop off their child and must provide two emergency numbers if they are leaving their child in the care of the host. 

Each child attending will be given a bracelet in a color identified for that birthday.

HOSTS

​Our staff are here for you! During the party you're the boss - our staff will help you as much or as little as you'd like.
